Booking & Payment:
Payment is required to confirm your booking for 1:1 or group sessions. Payments can be made via bank transfer or through SquareUp.
To secure your spot, please complete payment before the start of the first session.
Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation, and your booking will be finalised.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions can be moved without any additional fees.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be issued for that session.
If a session is missed without notice, it will be considered used, and no refund will be provided.
Refunds:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the first session, minus any transaction fees (if applicable).
Once a session or package has begun, refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed.
Refunds for unused sessions may be granted at the discretion of the tutor if the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances.
Expiry of Sessions:
All sessions or packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
Any sessions not used within this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
Late Arrivals:
Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, so please ensure you are punctual to receive the full session.
If the tutor is late, the session will be extended to ensure you receive the full agreed-upon time.
No Shows:
A session missed without prior notice (no show) will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a session.
Client Conduct:
We expect clients to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during sessions.
Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of sessions without refund.
Tutor Availability:
The tutor will make every effort to provide sessions as scheduled. In the rare case of an unavoidable cancellation from the tutor’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Changes to the Service Policy:
This policy may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes, and the most current version will always be available on our website.
