Dive into the world of French literature and current events with our French Short Stories & News Articles Club! This engaging monthly club is designed for learners who want to improve their reading comprehension and conversation skills while exploring diverse themes through short stories, poems, and articles.
Format:
Monthly sessions for up to 8 participants.
Overview:
Each month, I will provide a selection of short stories, poems, book extracts, or current news articles around a specific theme.
Students can take the time to study the materials at home during the month.
During the next session, we will discuss what we read, characters, themes, and cultural references, all in French, fostering a deeper understanding of the language and culture.
Duration & Pricing:
1-Hour Session: £12 per person
Package: 6 sessions for £60 (save £12)
Level:
Suitable for intermediate and advanced learners, with materials tailored to the group’s interests and proficiency.
Registration: Participants must register for classes in advance via email only.
Payment: Payment must be completed before the first session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Missed Sessions: If you miss a session, you may attend a future session as a makeup class, subject to availability.
Class Size: Each session is limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a personalised experience. A waiting list will be available, and if a place frees up, I will contact those on the list. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to respect each other and create a supportive learning environment. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Privacy: Personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for class management purposes.
